Home Learning
Due to COVID-19, BVSD went to Home Learning after spring break. During this difficult time in history, Art proves to be a valuable outlet to help students process emotions, practice technical skills and become creative with materials in which we have access.

Week 1 of Home Learning: Visual Journals

Week 2 of Home Learning: Mark Making with Natural Dyes made from fruits, vegetables and spices

Week 3 Staging, Photographing and Drawing a Glass, Jar or Vase of Water

Week 4: Conveying Senses and Emotions through Lines and Shapes

Week 5: Creating Patterns from Everyday Objects and Nature

Week 6: BarCode Art

Week 7: Gifting Art
Students created works of art and left them for neighbors, healthcare workers, friends and strangers
